Elliott Braganza

Elliott Braganza practices civil and commercial litigation, family law and municipal law, in addition to estate planning.

Elliott has advocated on behalf of clients in the Ontario Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. Elliott also has experience appearing before the Provincial Offences Court and the former Criminal Injuries 

Compensation Board.  Elliott joined McElderry & Morris in 2013. 

Elliott is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, and is the recipient of the Beament Green Prize for Trial Advocacy. Prior to coming to Guelph, Elliott completed his articles at WeirFoulds LLP in Toronto. He also completed internships in Ottawa and with Industry Canada.

Outside the office, Elliott volunteers his time at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre. Elliott is an accomplished concert pianist, having performed solo recitals across Canada and in the United States. Elliott grew up in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
